Doctor's Formulas Liposomal Magnesium Gluconate 100 mg is an oral dietary supplement containing high absorption liposomal magnesium in 2 forms: gluconate & bisglycinate.
Magnesium is a key metal that is involved in many metabolic processes in the body. Our body is not able to produce it and therefore it is necessary to take it daily through diet. The highest percentage is found in blood and most of it is stored in the bones.
Magnesium helps maintain the health of the muscular & nervous system. It contributes to electrolyte balance and cell division & specialization, while keeping bones and teeth healthy. It also helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, as well as in the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production, normal protein synthesis and normal psychological function *
Dosage
7.5 ml (1.5 teaspoon) daily.
Instructions of use
Shake well before use.
It can be mixed with water or juice, if desired.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the contained ingredients. Magnesium intake should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic treatment, as it may affect the absorption of the antibiotic drug.
Side effects
The most common side effects of magnesium are diarrhea and upset stomach, most commonly in doses exceeding 1g per day.
