EthicSport Sport Fruit Cherry-Lemon is an innovative, natural, and easy-to-use energy product. Contains 100% pure fruits enriched with potassium and magnesium.
It is a fruit based energy product for athletes, useful to provide energy to the body. This product contains carbohydrates with different times of assimilation, to guarantee a sustained energy supply.
It also contains mineral salts (Mg, K,Ca), useful to optimize sports performances. Furthermore, it is easily chewable and digestible and can be used even in extreme conditions.
The product does not contain gluten and, therefore, is suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Dosage
1-2 sachets of 42 g.
Instructions of use
Before:
We recommend consuming 60-90 minutes prior to a training session, with a glass of water.
During:
Medium distances – Consume approximately halfway through training, with a small amount of water.
Long distances – Consume every 1.5-2 hours of the race, with a small amount of water.
As a snack:
Consume at mid-morning or at mid-afternoon.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under the age of three.
