EthicSport Beta Alanine is a nutritional supplement with a high concentration of beta-alanine, suitable for high-intensity sports, with enhanced antioxidant & basic action.
B-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is vital for the synthesis of Carnosine, a dipetide highly concentrated in muscles. Carnosine represents the limiting factor for muscle synthesis. The right amount of Carnosine in muscles helps to buffer the lactic acid produced in the muscles during high-intensity and extended exercise.
Carnosine is also known for its antioxidant action on muscles. This formula has enhanced antioxidant activity as it also contains Resveratrol (from Fallopia japonica) which in addition to the marked antioxidant effect, supports the proper function of the cardiovascular system **
Vitamins B6 contributes to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production, to the reduction of tiredness & fatigue and to the normal metabolism of proteins & glycogen *

Dosage
1-2 tablets per day.
Instructions of use
To be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably between meals.
Athletes engaged in intensive activity may even take 3-6 g of Beta-Alanine a day.
