Altion Omega is a clinically studied dietary supplement for heart health and lowering cholesterol and triglycerides containing Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, monocolin K from red rice yeast, resveratrol, polycosanols, folic acid, Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.
From this group of Omega 3 fatty acids stand out the polyunsaturated EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
