Abbimed Μ2Υ Magnesium is a food supplement with 3 forms of chelated magnesium: glycinate, citrate and magnesium oxide.

Contraindications
Magnesium intake should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases.
Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic treatment, as it may affect the absorption of the antibiotic.
Side effects
The most common side effects of magnesium are diarrhea and upset stomach, most commonly in doses exceeding 1g per day.
