Uni-Pharma B Complex Fix is a dietary supplement that contains B-complex vitamins. B vitamins are essential for the health and normal functioning of the nervous system and metabolic processes that aim to produce energy. Also, complex B and especially B1, B6 and B12 benefit from normal mental function and help reduce fatigue and tiredness.
In particular, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) helps maintain the normal state of the mucous membranes and red blood cells, in the metabolism of iron, in the protection of cells from oxidative stress and in the maintenance of vision and skin condition. *
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the regulation of hormonal activity. It also benefits the normal metabolism of proteins, glycogen and homocysteine and finally contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. *
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) contributes to the process of cell division, the normal formation of red blood cells and the normal metabolism of homocysteine. *
