Solgar Whey to Go Protein Powder is a whey protein of high nutritional value. It contains, per dose of 29 grams, 12 g of isolated whey protein and 11.7 g of concentrated whey protein.
It contains essential & non-essential amino acids, including branched chain amino acids BCAAs. It also provides lactoalbumin, lactoglobulin and immunoglobulin, supporting the proper functioning of the immune system.

It is an ideal product for athletes & people who exercise regurarly, for weight control, as well as for people who do not meet their protein requirements through their daily diet.
The whey used in this product is obtained from cows not treated with rBGH, recombinant growth hormone. These cows are grown freely in New Zealand fields.
Dosage
Adults: mix 29 grams (1 scoop) in a glass (237 ml) of water, milk, or your favorite juice and blend or shake vigorously.
May also be blended with fresh fruit.

Instructions of use
It can be consumed at any time of day.
