Quest Ubiquinol Qu10 nutritional supplement contains ubiquinol in bioavailable form (ubiquinol acetate) along with vitamin B6.
CoQ10 or coenzyme Q10 is normally found in all cells of our body. Participates in the mechanisms of energy production in the mitochondria ("factory" of the body's energy production) while enhancing the action of antioxidants in the body.
Ubiquinol is the active form of coenzyme Q10. Taking it helps to treat chronic fatigue and good heart health. Common deficiencies are seen in the elderly or people taking medication for hypercholesterolemia (statins). *

It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Contraindications
It should be avoided by pregnant and lactating women, as well as by people taking anticoagulants. However, it is recommended to be taken with statins (medicines for high cholesterol).
