Pedi-Active is a dietary supplement for hyperactive children with inability to concentrate and distract attention. Each chewable tablet contains a number of nutrients, including a combination of phosphatidylserine, DMAE and activated soy phosphatides.
Its main ingredient is phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine (FS) can and does enhance the action of brain cells, due to their selective action on their membranes, improving cognitive functions. Many studies have highlighted the benefits of FS in improving memory and concentration. *
Phosphatidylcholine plays an important role as it directly supports the neurotransmitters of memory, while phosphatidylinositol enhances the function of cell membranes. Finally, phosphatidylethanolamine enhances the production of serotonin, dopamine and creates new connections between cells. *
