Why should we use sunscreen?

That means you are (theoretically) protected for 450 minutes or 7.5 hours. This pattern works in theory, as most sunscreens are not applied at the recommended time or in the right amount.

The number of UVB rays, you are protected from, also increases with SPF. SPF 15 blocks 93% of UVB rays, while SPF 30 blocks 97%.

Why do children need specialized sunscreen?

The SPF index works in all sunscreens in the same way (whether they are aimed at adults or children). In addition, most of them contain similar ingredients.

The main thing about children’s sunscreens is that they have special compositions, which do not irritate the sensitive skin of children. Children’s sunscreens may have a nicer packaging, while many also have special pumps or applicators, so that they can be applied more easily and quickly.
