The recommended daily intake for adults is 120 mcg for men and 90 mcg for women.

 

Precautions for use, interactions and side effects

Its additional intake should be avoided by people taking anticoagulant therapy. Antibiotics increase the need for vitamin K and liquid paraffin significantly reduces its absorption. Taking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding is safe only with medical supervision.
