The dietary supplement Solgar B Complex with Vitamin C is a vitamin formula for the anti-stress nervous system. Contains all the essential B vitamins and extra vitamin C antioxidants.
Specifically, the basic B vitamins are:
- thiamine (B1),
- riboflavin (B2),
- niacin (B3),
- pantothenic acid (B5),
- vitamin B6,
- folic acid (B9),
- Vitamin B12
They are water-soluble components, as a result of which they do not accumulate in the body, are excreted in large quantities in the urine and their toxicity is almost impossible. Taking the whole complex together enhances the absorption of each vitamin separately.
Complex B vitamins are essential nutrients for the release of energy from food, the normal functioning of the nervous system and the healthy condition of the skin, hair and eyes. Complex B vitamins are still important for hormone balance, good blood circulation, for a strong immune system while helping the body cope with stressful situations and fatigue.
Vitamin C is essential for the effective functioning of the immune system and further increases the absorption of iron by the body. It also protects the cells from the oxidative stress.*

Contraindications
A bright yellow color may be observed in the urine from the metabolism of Vitamin B2.
