The Now Flush-Free Niacin diet supplement contains 500 mg of the active Vitamin B3, and 135 mg of Inositol.
Niacin consists of 2 molecules, nicotinamide and nicotinic acid, which are the active compounds. Rich sources of Vitamin B3 are brewer's yeast, meat (chicken, turkey), whole grains, tuna, milk, eggs, nuts (eg nuts) as well as some fortified cereals.
