Lamberts Multi Guard For Kids is a chewing multivitamin specifically designed for children aged 4 to 14 years. It provides adequate levels of all important vitamins and minerals.
Proper nutrition is especially important for children, as childhood is characterized by rapid physical development and increased energy consumption through exercise and other activities. Unfortunately, a large proportion of children have specific dietary preferences that, combined with current dietary patterns, lead to inadequate nutrient intake.

Dosage
1 tablet daily (4-10 years). 2 tablets daily (11 years and over).
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken after a meal.
Side effects
A yellow coloration of the urine may occur. This is considered harmless and indicates that the body is eliminating excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
