Health Aid A to Z Active Multivitamins, Ginseng & CoQ10 is an effervescent multivitamin, containing a complete combination of all the essential nutrients along with Panax Ginseng & CoQ10 for more energy, durability and antioxidant protection.
Vitamins C, B6, B3, B5, magnesium help to metabolize energy and to reduce fatigue. Vitamins B2, E, C, copper, manganese, selenium, zinc help protect the body against oxidative stress [These are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
It covers the needs of the body on a daily basis offering stimulation and well-being. Ginseng helps reduce fatigue and provides energy and stimulation to the body [European Union Herbal Products Committee-HMPC]. The CoQ10 co-enzyme participates in the process of energy production in cell mitochondria. Green tea extract & bioflavonoids are also contained.
This multivitamin is suitable for people who are active and need energy in their day, who are not properly fed or are on a slimming diet. Easy way to get for those who can't swallow tablets or capsules or feel tired.

Instructions of use
It is taken dissolved in a glass of water, preferably after a meal.
