Nature's Plus Super B-50 is a powerful hypoallergenic formula with B-complex vitamins on a fortified base of rice bran, alpha-alpha, watercress and parsley.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) helps maintain healthy blood and normal metabolism of food into energy and Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) helps in hematopoiesis, absorption of nutrients from food, maintenance of skin and nerve health system, as well as in reducing the feeling of fatigue.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin) helps maintain healthy skin and energy production by the body, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) helps maintain normal metabolic function for energy production, normal mental performance and reduce fatigue , while vitamin B6 helps maintain the health of the nervous system.

Side effects
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 above 25mg may cause mild tingling or numbness.
In addition, a bright yellow color may be observed in the urine from Vitamin B2 metabolism. It is a normal side effect and resolves with discontinuation of the preparation.
