Viogenesis Sunflower Lecithin Powder 300 gr is a dietary supplement of sunflower lecithin.
Lecithin is a phospholipid which is synthesized from choline. In most commercial supplements it comes from soy, while in Viogenesis it comes from natural sunflower. Lecithin is rich in phospholipids and free fatty acids. Its main actions are the better processing of dietary fats (phosphatidocholine) while it is a structural molecule of brain tissues, cell membranes and neurons (phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine). In addition it is a rich source of omega-6 fatty acids which are involved in many hormonal processes and in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It is often used in conjunction with the diet, as it helps in weight loss and emulsification of fats. *

Instructions of use
It is recommended to be taken on a full stomach. Mix in water or yogurt.
