What is aloe vera?
Aloe vera is a plant rich in polysaccharides, tannins, saponins, vitamins, gamma-linolenic acid, minerals, sterols and arachidonic acid. It has a moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and healing effect on the skin. You will find it as liquid, but also in gel form.
Benefits
It is an herbal remedy traditionally used to relieve occasional constipation. (Approved by the Commission for Herbal Medicinal Products of the European Union). Its gel can be used externally on the face, but also on the body.

No recommended daily dosage has been set for aloe. Therefore, carefully read the instructions for taking each product, as depending on the composition, the dosage may differ.

Due to its hypoglycemic effect, it is not recommended to be taken by diabetic people without medical supervision.
