Dosage
2 capsules daily.
Instructions of use
Take with a glass of water.
If the capsules are taken half an hour before a meal, they help reduce appetite.
Do not take at night.
Do not take more than 4 capsules a day.
Contraindications
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, people with chocolate allergy and people under 18 years of age.

Side effects
Two capsules of the product contain as much caffeine (mainly from the herb Guarana) as about a cup of coffee. Include this amount in the caffeine you may be getting from other sources (coffee, soft drinks, food, medicine). Excessive caffeine intake can cause nervousness, insomnia and in some cases, palpitations.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
