Lamberts Prostex is a nutritional formula that contains beta-cholesterol and prostate health nutrients for men.
It contains beta-sitosterols (320 mg) which are the major sterols of the Saw Palmetto fruit, 3 amino acids (L-Alanine, Glycine, L-Glutamic Acid), and the flavonoid Quercetin. It also includes:
- Zinc which helps * maintain normal blood testosterone levels and normal fertility and reproduction
- Vitamins C and E that help * protect cells against oxidative stress
- Vitamin D which contributes to the * normal functioning of the immune system
Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant, which together with Vitamins E and C protects cells from the degenerative effects of harmful free radicals.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicines (HMPC) have approved the use of saw palmetto as a traditional herbal remedy to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty starting urination or frequent urination.
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now well established and accepted by the EMA.
Dosage
2 capsules daily.

Preferably to be taken with meals.
