The ZeinPharma Omega 3 500 mg diet supplement contains omega-3 fatty acids from fish oils. The alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is one of the essential omega-3 fatty acids, that is, it must be taken exogenously from the diet as the body is unable to synthesize it. A rich source of ALA in nature is fish oils from oily fish such as salmon, sardines, mackerel.
