Nature's Plus Hair, Skin & Nails is a formula for hair, skin and nail health, with vitamins, minerals, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), Flax seed, Evening Primrose, Green Tea, Ginkgo Biloba, Glutathione and Earthmade Beautifying Complex, a mixture consisting of a mixture of 20 herbs.
