Lamberts Silica is a dietary supplement with natural silicon. Although silica (Silica or Silicon Dioxide) is found only in very small concentrations in the human body, it is found in almost all tissues and is an essential component of cell growth. Particularly high concentrations are found in hair, nails and connective tissue.
Lamberts silica is of natural origin as it is obtained from Bamboo gum.
Dosage
1-3 capsules daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken after meals.
