Health Aid HairSkiNail is a nutritional formula that contains 20 nutrients for hair, nail and skin health.
During periods of malnutrition, stress or even due to seasonality, hair, nails and skin may lose their shine and structure. Keratin and elastin degrade and deteriorate resulting in hair loss, dull skin and nails becoming particularly brittle.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skin and to protect cells from oxidative stress (along with selenium). Zinc and biotin help maintain normal hair, skin and nails. *
The amino acids Methionine and Cysteine offer antioxidant protection against free radicals that cause cell aging. In addition, they are essential components of keratin. B-complex vitamins contribute to the best quality of hair and nails. **

Side effects
Yellow may be seen in the urine. It is a normal side effect and is due to the metabolism of Vitamin B2.
