Masquelier's Original OPCs Anthogenol is a nutritional supplement enriched with grape seed proanthocyanidins and Pinus Maritima pine bark. Anthogenol is available in liquid form for easy intake by those who cannot use the tablets. *
Its active substance is oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) which are a class of polyphenols. Polyphenols are substances found naturally in fruits and vegetables. In vitro studies have shown that they have very good antioxidant properties, as they bind free radicals and protect human cells from oxidative damage. The action of proanthocyanidins was highlighted by Professor J. Masquelier who has dedicated his life. Polyphenols have been found in the laboratory to have a positive effect on cardiovascular health. In particular, they have been shown to prevent platelet aggregation, thus preventing blood clots from forming. *
