Lamberts Betasec Antioxidant is an antioxidant formula that contains vitamins, selenium and antioxidant herbs
The body's natural defense against oxidative stress is the adequate intake of antioxidants from the diet. Selenium is one of the most important antioxidants in the body, it participates in the mechanism of glutathione, enhances the body's defense and immune system. According to numerous studies, selenium is an important factor in strengthening the body's defense against free radicals, the uncontrolled production of which can lead to chronic degenerative diseases.
Its action is enhanced by the antioxidant vitamins A, C and E and many plant compounds such as Grapeseed, Ginkgo biloba, Green Tea and Rosemary (rosemary). Betasec contains a combination of all the essential antioxidant nutrients in concentrate extract form.
Vitamins C, E and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress. * The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with meals.
Contraindications
This product contains Vitamin E and it is recommended that people taking anticoagulants take it under medical supervision. It should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women.
Cautions
The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
