The Solgar BCAA Plus Dietary Supplement contains Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) that are L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. They form a large part of the muscle tissue and can be used to repair, develop and restore muscles after exercise.
Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. In addition, Solgar's BCAA nutritional supplement contains vitamin B6 which in combination with amino acids BCAAs is useful as it contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to reducing fatigue and tiredness. *
Dosage
1-2 capsules daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with meals.

Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
