Vital Plus Q10 Memo is a specialized nutritional supplement, rich in nutrients that help boost memory and concentration. Contains:
- Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA) from high purity fish oils, which contribute to the normal functioning of the brain, thus improving mental skills and speed of thought. *
- Rhodiola (Golden Root), an adaptogenic plant that helps increase mental and physical performance. **
- Phosphatidylserine, an ingredient that rejuvenates brain cell membranes, enhancing memory, concentration and mental awareness. **
- L-Arginine, an amino acid that provides energy and enhances brain function. **
- L-Glutamine, an amino acid that helps ''absorb'' new knowledge and maintain memory in the hippocampus. **
- Coenzyme Q10 (coQ10), a powerful fat-soluble antioxidant that helps reduce fatigue. **

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 capsule daily.
Instructions of use
Take with breakfast or lunch.
It is recommended to take it continuously for 3 months and then stop for 1 month.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation, as well if you are under 12 years old.
Caution is advised in people receiving anticoagulant therapy or preparing for surgery, due to the risk of bleeding.
