Vitabiotics Jointace Omega-3 dietary supplement contains a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, ginger and omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil and cod liver oil for joint health.
Glucosamine belongs to the carbohydrates (amino sugar) and is found in cartilage and synovial fluid. It is produced by the body and helps in the function of the articular cartilage and in the mobility of the joints.
Chondroitin is an important structural component of the extracellular substance of articular cartilage. In addition to its structural role, chondroitin attracts water molecules to the cartilage, while also contributing to the inhibition of proteolytic enzymes that break down the protein structural components of cartilage. It is responsible for the elasticity of cartilage.
According to studies, Ginger can help in good blood circulation through the capillaries that surround the joints.
Omega 3 fatty acids protect the cardiovascular system, act against joint inflammation and help regulate cholesterol and triglycerides.
Dosage
1 or 2 tablets after meals
