Alpha-Lipoic Acid can be absorbed by the diet, but also made endogenously in small quantities if the necessary nutrients are present. Foods that offer the highest dose of ALA are those that contain mitochondria, such as red meat. In smaller quantities we can find it in: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Kidney, Heart, Liver, Potatoes, Rice bran, Spinach, Tomatoes, Peas.

Contraindications
