Viogenesis Iron Plus is a dietary supplement with high bioavailability of dysglycine iron that does not cause constipation or stomach upset. Chelated dysglycine iron with the addition of Vitamin C is easily absorbed and does not neutralize Vitamin E.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy metabolism, normal red blood cell and hemoglobin formation, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal immune system function, reduction of fatigue.*
Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation. Riboflavin helps maintain normal red blood cells. Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Copper contributes to the regular transfer of iron to the body. Riboflavin contributes to the normal metabolism of iron. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. *
Dosage
1 capsule daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken after meals.
Contraindications
If you are taking antacids, calcium, copper or thyroid medications, you should take the iron supplement at least 3 hours apart. Consumption of coffee and green tea should also be avoided as it may significantly reduce its absorption.
Side effects
The most common side effects include upset stomach, constipation or diarrhea.
Storage
