Terra Nova Vitamin C 250 mg Multi-Absorbate is a vitamin C supplement with a dynamic combination of superfoods. The formula contains acerola, wild rose, sea buckthorn and acai berry, for maximum absorption, enhancing its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
Vitamin C helps maintain collagen, ligaments, bones, teeth and strengthens the walls of blood vessels and gums. It plays an important role in the absorption of iron which is necessary in the formation of erythrocytes, as well as in the utilization of folic acid.*
In addition, it contributes to the normal metabolism of energy, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the normal psychological function, to the reduction of fatigue, to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.*
