The Solgar B-100 complex nutritional supplement is a formula that includes all the essential B vitamins as well as the non-essential choline, biotin and inositol.
Specifically, they are:

- folic acid (B9),

Long-term intake of vitamin B6 over 25mg may cause mild tingling or numbness.
