Solgar Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) has strong antioxidant properties and protects cells from the action of harmful free radicals thanks to epigallocatechin.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of green tea as a traditional herbal remedy to relieve symptoms of fatigue and weakness.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in people with heart, liver and kidney problems. To be avoided by pregnant, breastfeeding women and to be taken at a distance (at least 2 hours) from iron preparations.
Side effects
Overdose (> 800 mg epigallocatechin per day) may cause irritability, dizziness and insomnia.
