Quest Super Once A Day timed release is a multivitamin to meet your daily nutritional needs, while providing energy and shielding the immune system.
More specifically, iron and B-complex vitamins contribute to energy production, reduce fatigue, proper metabolism and the proper functioning of the nervous system, such as memory and concentration. It is worth noting that this form of iron does not cause constipation.
Vitamins C, D, A, E, zinc, and selenium boost the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress and free radicals, along with L-cysteine. Calcium, magnesium, vitamins D and K help maintain good bone condition. *
