The Quest Stress B Complex with 500 mg of Vitamin C, due to the combination of Vitamins B and Vitamin C that provides the body, is ideal for people with intense lifestyles and increased anxiety. It contains 8 vitamins B along with choline, inositol and PABA.
Vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12 contribute to energy production and reduce physical and mental fatigue caused by anxiety.
Vitamins B1, B12 and biotin help in good functioning of the nervous system, concentration, memory and normal psychological function.
Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, helps in normal mental performance.
