The Quest Mega B 50 quick release 60 tabs dietary supplement due to the combination of B vitamins it provides to the body, enhances the release of energy from food, can reduce fatigue and support self-concentration and memory. Vitamin B complex is also needed for a healthy nervous system. The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
High-activity vitamin B complex. It contains 8 B vitamins along with choline, inositol and PABA and an additional 400μg of folic acid, B6 and B12 which are essential for healthy homocysteine levels.
