Prevent Basic is a powdered meal replacement for the Prevent diet plan for a carbohydrate based diet. Available in a new economical package of 35 servings.
Prevent Basic replaces 2 main meals a day and is aimed at people who have to lose less than 7 kg. It enhances the effort of weight loss, in the reduction of fat as well as in the reduction of insulin resistance. Enhances the feeling of satiety and helps reduce the calories consumed daily.

Dosage
16.6 g of powder 1-2 times a day.
Instructions of use
Dissolve 2 scoops (16.6g) in 300ml 1.5% semi-skimmed milk and consume it immediately. Take twice a day in combination with a balanced diet. It replaces two meals. After opening it should be consumed in a short time. Consume at least 2-3 liters of fluids per day. The time between meals ranges from 4 to 6 hours.
Storage
