The BCAA + L-Glutamine Powder is a powder drink with branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and L-glutamine for athletes before or after training.
Amino acids are structural components of proteins and are classified into two categories, the non-essential that can be synthesized by the body, and the nutrients we need from the diet, such as branched-chain amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine. L-Glutamine is an amino acid that is synthesized by our body and is mainly found in the muscles and is essential for you who are following demanding workouts.
The Power of Nature Sport Series BCAA + L-Glutamine powder also contains isomaltulose - a source of glucose and fructose, in the form of Palatinose ™. It is a functional low glycemic index carbohydrate that offers slow and prolonged release of glucose, thus providing continuous energy for longer.
Dosage
11 gr daily.
Instructions of use
Add one dose (11g) with the measuring cup to 250ml of water and shake well. 1 serving per day. Consume before or after training. It is used in the context of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
