Contraindications
The use of very high doses (over 2000mg of Vitamin C), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems. Taking Vitamin D supplements in excess of 4000IU is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcaemia.
Side effects
At doses greater than 2000mg per day of Vitamin C and in prolonged use, side effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
