Instructions of use
Take dissolved in a glass of water, preferably before a meal.
Contraindications
If you are taking antacids, calcium, copper or thyroid medications, you should take the iron supplement at least 3 hours apart. Consumption of coffee and green tea should also be avoided as it may significantly reduce its absorption.
