Power of Nature Hydrolytes is an effervescent dietary supplement with electrolytes. Electrolytes, such as calcium, potassium and magnesium, are minerals that are normally found in the body. The balance of metals is essential for the normal functioning of cells, muscles and nerves.
When this balance is disturbed, dehydration can occur. Imbalance can be caused by diarrhea, sweating, especially on summer days, and strenuous exercise. Hydrolytes are a combination of calcium, potassium and sodium.
