OptiBac Probiotics Women is a probiotic food supplement for women containing 2.5 billion (2.5 X 10*9) probiotic strains, Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14® and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1®, the most suitable for her health sensitive area of women.
They contribute to prevention and treatment
- of vaginal candidiasis,
- cystitis,
- of bacterial vaginitis,
- but also in the control of pathogenic organisms (e.g. Candida and E. coli) from excessive growth.
Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14® and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1® can improve the effectiveness of treatments. Specific probiotics prevent recurrence by treating the causes of vaginal candidiasis, cystitis and bacterial vaginosis, as opposed to simply treating the symptoms.
How does OptiBac work for women?
- Restores a healthy pH <4.5
- It works by competitive inhibition
- It modifies specific cytokines resulting in a reduction of inflammation
- Produces H2O2 (resulting in reduction of pathogenic microorganisms and lowering of pH)

Each probiotic strain in Optibac products is laboratory tested to ensure its stability, ability to adhere to and colonize the gut, survival from gastric acidity and bile salts, and activity against pathogenic microorganisms.
Dosage
1 capsule daily.
Intake can be increased to 2 capsules per day if desired or as directed by a physician.
For those unable to swallow the capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with a cool drink or food.
Instructions of use
Recommended to be taken with breakfast.
