OptiBac Probiotics Every Day is a probiotic food supplement for daily use containing 5 billion (5 X 109) of specialized beneficial probiotic strains and an additional 88 mg of prebiotic FOS fiber.
The human body contains both beneficial and pathogenic bacteria. By maintaining a proper balance between them, digestion and the good functioning of the immune system are promoted.
This balance is sensitive and can easily be disturbed by factors such as:

- aging
- and poor nutrition.
People with a significant imbalance of the intestinal flora can be: those who take antibiotics long-term, those who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, people with skin diseases such as eczema or acne.
Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Bifidobacterium breve Rosell-70 and Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell-71 mainly colonize the colon and restore balance to the intestinal flora.
Lactococcus lactis Rosell-1058 is derived from a kefir culture and exhibits significant antimicrobial properties.
The prebiotic fiber FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) can act as 'food' and promote the growth of a range of bacteria, particularly Bifidobacteria.

Dosage
Each day can be given to adults and children, from 4 years and above, with the following recommendations:
- For best results take 1 capsule daily.
- Intake can be increased to 2 capsules per day if desired or as directed by a physician.
- For those unable to swallow the capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with a cool drink or food.
Instructions of use
Recommended to be taken with breakfast.
