Olympian Labs Silymarin Plus is a formula with thistle and digestive enzymes to improve digestion and proper liver function.
Silymarin is made up of three subunits, Silybin, Silidanin, and Silicristin, which belong to the flavonolignans, the most important of which seems to be Silybin.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicine (HMPC) have approved the use of milk thistle as a traditional herbal remedy for the symptomatic relief of indigestion, bloating, indigestion and indigestion of the liver.
