Now CLA is a dietary supplement (patented formula) with conjugated linoleic acid or CLA, which is produced from natural seed oil. CLA is one of the beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is naturally found in foods such as whole milk products, red meat, poultry, eggs and vegetable oils such as corn oil, linseed oil, and sage oil.
