Nature's plus Ultra Stress with Iron is a supplement with a complex of B vitamins and iron. B-complex vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients with common characteristics.
B vitamins are found in nature in many foods such as meat, chicken, cereals and brewer's yeast. They are necessary for many metabolic and biochemical functions of the body. Many of the B-complex vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid), in the treatment of fatigue and tiredness (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid), as well as in maintenance of normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid). Finally, they take part in the normal function of metabolic processes aimed at energy production (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin).
Iron contributes to the normal cognitive function, the normal metabolism of energy efficiency, the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, the normal transport of oxygen in the body, the normal functioning of the immune system, the reduction of fatigue, the normal cognitive development of children and has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin C contributes to better absorption of iron. *

Instructions of use
It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Contraindications
If you are taking antacids, calcium, copper or thyroid medications, you should take the iron-containing formula at least 3 hours apart. Consumption of coffee and green tea should also be avoided as it may significantly reduce its absorption.
Side effects
Yellow may be seen in the urine. It is a normal side effect for which a metabolite of Vitamin B2 is responsible. The side effect resolves upon discontinuation of the drug.
Due to iron, constipation or diarrhea may occur.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
