Nature's Plus Red yeast rice - Gugulipid is a dietary supplement that aims to regulate cholesterol and blood triglycerides. It is a combination of two components of red rice yeast and gugulipid.
The combination of these two active ingredients has been shown to lower levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) and serum triglycerides. Their cardioprotective property is to protect LDL cholesterol from oxidation. Red yeast rice - Gugulipid also protects against atherosclerosis. *
More specifically: Monocolin K from red rice yeast helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. *

Taken after a meal. Preferably late in the afternoon.
