Glucosamine is a polysaccharide which is the main component of connective tissue and collagen. its main action is to provide resistance to tissues and joints. Glucosamine works synergistically with chondroitin. Chondroitin is another very important cartilage polysaccharide, which is responsible for elasticity. Respectively, MSM is a sulfide compound which has been shown to relieve symptoms of bones and joints (pain, inflammation), while its use is indicated in muscle injuries.**
