Dosage

Instructions of use
1-3 scoop (5-15 g) a day, dissolved in 200 ml of water or juice, before training or on an empty stomach.
Contraindications
Be aware of co-administration with other caffeine-containing formulations.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not eat in the evening, as it can cause sleep disorders. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture.
